Mogi Bro respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
Mogi Bro is a hobby statistics and community platform for Mario Kart players, operated from Australia. Users can track mogis and time trials, analyse performance, join groups, view leaderboards, and participate in challenges and community features.

When you create and use an account, Mogi Bro stores your email address, chosen username, country, account status, avatar and profile preferences, and records of your acceptance of the Terms and this Privacy Policy.
Mogi Bro also stores information you submit or generate while using the service. This may include mogi results, race placements, tracks played, lap strategies, time trial records, MMR information, notes, challenge progress, group memberships and roles, group content and links, moderation records, notifications, and leaderboard activity.
Hosting, authentication and security services may process basic technical information when you access Mogi Bro, such as your IP address, browser and device information, request details, session information, and the date and time of access. This information is used to deliver and protect the service and is not added to your gameplay profile.
Information is collected when you sign in, complete or update your profile, submit gameplay data, create or join a group, use community features, or otherwise interact with Mogi Bro. Some technical information is processed automatically when your browser communicates with the service.
Mogi Bro uses Google sign-in. Google provides the information needed to authenticate you, including your verified email address and information used during the sign-in session. Mogi Bro uses your email address to create and identify your account. Your Google password is never visible to or stored by Mogi Bro.
Information is used to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, save and display statistics, provide analytics and leaderboards, operate groups and challenges, remember preferences, communicate important service information, respond to requests, moderate the community, prevent misuse, maintain security, diagnose problems, and improve Mogi Bro.
Mogi Bro does not sell your personal information.
Your username, country flag and relevant gameplay statistics may be visible to other users on leaderboards, group pages and other community features. Gameplay information displayed may include mogi scores, time trial rankings, challenge progress and group rankings. You should only use a username and submit content that you are comfortable sharing with the relevant audience.
Public groups may be discoverable by anyone using Mogi Bro. Private groups are invite-only and are not intended to be publicly searchable, but their content and membership details may be visible to other members of the group.
Your email address is not displayed on public leaderboards or group pages.
Mogi Bro relies on trusted third-party providers for functions such as Google authentication, hosting, database storage, security and cloud infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.
Although Mogi Bro is operated from Australia, these providers may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States and other locations in which they operate. Their locations and infrastructure may change over time.
Mogi Bro may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with the law, protect users or the service, investigate abuse, or enforce its Terms and Conditions.
Mogi Bro and its authentication provider use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect your session and operate the service. Your browser may also store preferences such as your selected theme. Mogi Bro does not currently use third-party advertising cookies.
Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other parts of the service from working correctly.
Account and profile information is kept while your account remains active. Gameplay and statistics data is retained indefinitely so that personal history, leaderboards, aggregate statistics and historical trends continue to work. If you delete your account, that gameplay data is retained only in association with an anonymised account as described below.
Short-lived session information, security logs and infrastructure records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for authentication, security, troubleshooting and service operation. Copies of deleted personal information may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are overwritten through normal retention cycles.
You may delete your account from the Profile page. Account deletion cannot be undone. When an account is deleted, Mogi Bro removes its authentication connection and replaces the email address and username with non-identifying placeholders. Country, avatar and profile preferences, authentication tokens, notifications and other profile details are removed or cleared. Group memberships are removed. Creator groups owned by the user are deleted, while eligible friend groups may be transferred to another member.
Gameplay data is retained indefinitely in anonymised form so that global statistics, score distributions, track popularity, leaderboards and historical trends continue to work. Limited group moderation records may also remain attached to the anonymised account to preserve group safety controls. This retained information is not intended to identify you personally.
You can view and correct your username and country from the Profile page. Gameplay submissions can be viewed within the relevant Mogi Bro features. To request access to other personal information held about you, or to ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, contact admin@mogibro.com from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Some records may not be changed where doing so would make historical or shared gameplay results inaccurate. In those circumstances, we will explain what can be corrected, annotated or anonymised instead.
If you have a privacy question or believe your information has been handled incorrectly, email admin@mogibro.com with a description of your concern. We will review the matter and contact you within 15 business days. We may ask for additional information so that we can investigate and respond appropriately.
If the Australian Privacy Act applies to the matter and you are not satisfied with the response, you may be able to make a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Reasonable technical and organisational steps are used to protect information from unauthorised access, misuse, disclosure, alteration and loss. These include using an external identity provider instead of storing Google passwords and limiting access to administrative features. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Mogi Bro is not intended for children under 13, and children under 13 must not create an account. Users under 18 should have permission from a parent or guardian to use the service.
This Privacy Policy may be updated as Mogi Bro changes. The updated version and its effective date will be published on this page. Reasonable notice will be provided within Mogi Bro if a change materially affects how personal information is handled.
