1. About Mogi Bro

Mogi Bro is an independent community platform for Mario Kart players. The platform allows users to track mogis, time trials, groups, leaderboards, statistics and community activity.

Mogi Bro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Nintendo. Mario Kart and related trademarks remain the property of Nintendo.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mogi Bro. If you are under 18, you should only use the platform with permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and your activity on the platform.

You must not:

• impersonate another person or creator
• share or sell accounts
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems
• use bots, scripts or automated abuse tools
• create misleading or deceptive identities

4. Community conduct

Mogi Bro is intended to be a competitive but welcoming community.

You must not use the platform to:

• harass or threaten other users
• post hateful, discriminatory or abusive content
• cheat or intentionally manipulate statistics
• promote illegal activity
• spam groups or leaderboards
• upload malicious software or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts, groups or content that violate these rules.

5. Groups and creator communities

Mogi Bro allows users to create both public and private groups.

Public groups may be visible to all users. Private groups are intended to remain restricted to invited members.

Group owners and moderators are responsible for managing their own communities and behaviour within them.

6. Statistics and leaderboards

Mogi Bro provides community statistics, rankings and analytics. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data, rankings or calculations will always be correct or uninterrupted.

We may remove, adjust or reset statistics if we reasonably believe there has been abuse, manipulation, cheating or technical error.

7. User content

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to Mogi Bro, including usernames, group descriptions and community content.

By using Mogi Bro, you grant us permission to display, process and use that content as necessary to operate and improve the platform.

8. Privacy

Your use of Mogi Bro is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Mogi Bro uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security and platform functionality.

9. Availability and changes

Mogi Bro is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

10. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform or create risk for the community or service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mogi Bro and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
